Artificial intelligence technologies are increasingly affecting many aspects of our life, including both the private sphere (healthcare, allocating credit, and driving) and the public one (policing, sentencing, and national security). This interdisciplinary group will introduce legal researchers to the technologies underlying artificial intelligence, their effect on individuals, markets, and government and the challenges that they pose to law, regulation and legal scholarship.
